• Controller: The client who determines the purpose of data processing.

• Processor: Vaga Groups, processing data on behalf of the Controller.

2. Data Processing

• Data is processed strictly for providing manpower, recruitment, and related services.

• We will not process data for purposes other than those agreed upon.

3. Security

• We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, staff training).

4. Subprocessors

• Any third-party subprocessors will be bound by the same data protection obligations.

5. Data Subject Rights

• We assist clients in responding to requests regarding access, correction, or deletion of data.

6. Governing Law
